Another integrated retail and commercial destination south-west of Melbourne. Stage 1 was launched in August 2008, housing retail giants Coles, Target and Aldi, superstore Best Friends Pets, and over 70 specialty stores. Stage 2 was completed in November 2009, adding Harris Scarfe, Rebel Sport and Best & Less to the mix, along with over 40 specialty stores, a 400+ seat food court, and the provision of additional undercover car parking facilities.

The development also features the $6.6 million Point Cook community Learning Centre, one of the biggest projects ever undertaken in Wyndham, supported by funding from both the State & Local Government. Facilities at the Point Cook Community Learning Centre include a 950 square metre Library; Civic Rooms; Community Learning Rooms; Occasional Care Facilities; Toy Library; Community Kitchen; Two Kindergarten rooms; and two Maternal and Child Health Consulting Rooms.






Completed in 2004, Rhodes Shopping Centre is a 50,000 square metre commercial and retail development 15km from Sydney's CBD and home to the largest IKEA store in Australia, Reading Cinemas, Coles and BiLo, plus over 100 specialty stores.





First opened in 1998 and extended in 2007, The Broadway Shopping Centre on the outskirts of Sydney's CBD, includes two major supermarkets, Coles and BiLo, KMart, Target, Rebel Sport, Dymocks Booksellers, Harvey Norman, Harris Farm Markets and over 150 specialty stores. Other entertainment features of the centre include a 500 seat Food Court and a 12 screen Hoyts cinema.
